I have an R1T, so aside from poor rover, it’s as if your second row was also defaulting to off. Why not sync it to the front setting? So many little settings that don’t persist, like the rear climate and turning off Auto Ride Height.

It must be your flui. I have used mine down to -16 this winter and they worked fine.
