The following came up when I Googled "Rivian Pennsylvania". Job are listed for Philadelphia, and also note first one says (DE) presumably Delaware, but these jobs are not on Rivian.com. Also, Pennsylvania still needs to pass legislation to allow Rivian to direct sell in Pennsyvania.
