  1. Vampire Drain increase after 2024.27.01 update?

With the changing battery pack sizes, I think it’s time to start listing daily loss in kWh. I do not see a signifying change with the newest software. I am pretty consistently at 0.9 kWh per day for losses. I understand that gen 2 will be better due to their compartmentalized systems such...

  4. Good news for NACS adapter shipments. Tesla ramps up production to 8K units per week

This seems like a no-brainer. Sell more adapters AND get more people paying you to charge.
  5. Apple Spatial Audio reviews here

Overall, I am loving the update and Apple Music. I wish that: A- there was a way to control the volume of the driver’s side speaker above the B pillar. My ear is 6” (less than a foot) away and it can be distractingly loud and take me out of the environment created by ATMOS. B- a way to make...
  6. Leased R1S Gen 2, Broke down 1st day

Admins, any thoughts of requiring a certain number of posts before a new user can start a thread? These one post complaints are a drag and skew the experience of the forums. IMO
  7. My Gen1 R1T Adventure Quad config will be delayed from OTA update 2024.27

Reset infotainment, hold outermost steering wheel buttons. The sound is significantly improved and if you are not hearing that, I am thinking a reset will fix you.
  8. VW ID.Buzz pricing, range & interior colors announced .. Launch version $70k - 231mi Range

Starts at $59,995 and lowest priced “launch” at $65,495. I think there will be a sustainable niche market for this vehicle.
  9. safety issue - blind spot warning

Turning your head is a given. If you don’t look over your shoulder before changing lanes you are asking for trouble. in your specific use case you could also argue that you need to align your mirrors to see the side of the car (more accurately rear of the trailer or whatever your are hauling)...
  10. safety issue - blind spot warning

Disagree. Been driving going on 40 years, long before Facebook. Side view mirrors and rear view mirror should create a, let’s say, panoramic picture. So a car is passing on your drivers side, it is disappearing from the outer edge of your rear view and appearing on the inner edge of your side...
  11. safety issue - blind spot warning

With no animosity or ill intent, it sounds like OP is the major safety issue. Plus, just generally not a fan of click-baity thread titles.
  12. 2024.27.1 and 2024.27.30 Update are rolling out for Gen1 and Gen2

I have the same question. It appears the answer is “no”. As much a Alexa sucks, I miss not having her at all lol. Does anyone know of a way to A-delete the music apps that aren’t being used, or B-designate one app to be “primary??
  13. Connect+ is Here

Significant quality loss over Bluetooth. And significant improvement with the native Apple Music app.
  14. Connect+ is Here

It absolutely was NOT built into the price for any owner. They have stated multiple times over the years that there would be a charge.
  15. Alexa Connected Commands vs. Basic

I seem to remember the Siri and google assistant are coming. Those will be welcome editions. Re earlier comment above, I think it is smart that I can’t tell “Alexa, open the trunk” from outside the vehicle. What would stop anyone from walking by and activating that function to help themselves...
  16. 2024.27 Software Update Gets Apple Music, Audible, Power Outlet Improvements
