This is a nice little update. I think I will take the Lock Screen notification off because…is it not kind of tempting fate to have an always on screen advertising that the keys to a nice Rivian are sitting on the counter or bar or whatever?
I’m 100% positive it saved me from getting backed into in a parking lot. I was pulled in forward so the horn was a far away for the other driver as could be. I really doubt they could’ve heard the old horn.
One of the PTO lens with android phones is there is no consistent software support or upgrades so, unfortunately, not terribly surprising. Also not Rivuan’s fault.

I think originally there was one driver side and one passenger. As mentioned in the post above, the passenger side is so tight that it is very difficult to mount a new horn in that location.
It’s really pretty straight forward. I did not take that many pictures, really only places where I saw a potential issue. The bracket that holds the horn really only goes one way. The horn swivels so you kind of have to swivel it in while longing up the bracket then you tighten a bold to hold it...
