You’d just have it till the next exchange. Keep human error out of the recharging. All EVs when purchased don’t have a battery. That’s the responsibility of the exchange station didn’t know Tesla attempted this. I’ll have to read up about it thanks!!

from what I can tell none of those will work with the superchargers.. they all seem to be level 2 .. if you know of an aftermarket one that will be compatitable with the Tesla Superchargers please attach a link! Thanks

I haven't actually researched the reasons.. but why haven't they adopted a battery standard and have exchange stations rather then recharge stations? We change the battery's in just about everything else... drive it... they flip a switch that removes your battery and replaces it with a full...

Does anyone have a link to an adapter I can buy that would work with Tesla chargers... Headed in a couple days on a 2,000 + mile trip and would sure be nice to have that option. Amazon? would it work as I'm thinking? Thanks in advance

Bend Oregon here lots of snow and ice so Blizzaks in the winter KO2 in the summer. easily handles anything I can throw at it and surprisingly well.. precondition it before you get in at 75. Seems to do wonders with visibility just my .02 cents
