Why have RGB accent lighting hardware from day 1, limit color to white, and keep the feature a secret? Much less expensive vehicles have had user adjustable color settings for years. To make the matter more confusing, why make color available as a holiday Easter egg only to revert to white...
Other than the matte wrapped R1T over his shoulder at the beginning I didn’t see a Rivian. Was expecting to see the Optima over lander modded Rivians…
that Grand Cherokee Trailhawk EV got my attention though. If that is avail before mid 2024 ( my new delivery date after being pushed back one...
The fact that there are RGB interior accent lights that owners are unable to control seems to foreshadow a pay to play / subscription feature. Not a fan of this approach to monetizing features
@SACDF JC - same here, went from a 2nd half '23 to end of '24 delivery. I was OK with later next year but adding an ENTIRE YEAR..... ? This is for an R1S. I will keep waiting but will be watching to see what other EV choices become available in the next TWO YEARS

Um.....I only see cartoony renderings.... I'd want to know more about the company's viability and wait until I see at least an actual prototype before considering. The OP at least shows an actual production model.
I am not familiar with these guys or their previous work. I had just begun watching when, at 1:55, the guy in the black shirt begins to lecture us about "Tableclothing" and points to the wood trim at left and right side of the driver front display. He complains that the design is bad because...
Interesting but hard to watch. Listening to these two I come away with impression that if they had been leading the design team the interior would have looked more like a Tesla Model 3 and less like an Audi. Too many materials, too difficult to manufacture, too complex they say. There’s a term...
Thank you Sam for volunteering to be the center of attention at Cars a & Coffee this morning :like: It was great to finally get to see and touch a Rivian and meet Becky, Noah, Will and Chris. For me, the biggest surprise was how much I like the Forest Edge interior. Pam still resolute on...
