    Edit: Added hyperlink Has anyone installed the ConnectDER/Siemens meter collar for charging? The unit is quite literally a plug-in at the meter socket, so installation is a breeze. I had a hard time getting cost information, but think it's about $400. The collar uses a propriety plug however...
