I agree about the max pax as I was going with it but changed my mind cause I had not heard a “peep” about in months. Also just reconfigured since since the explorer was off the table…….(no comment).
I did almost laugh at the email that said if I changed my config to the adventure they would...
Hmmm…..
I’m not even scheduled till second half of next year and am set on getting a Rivian. Tax credit or not I plan to get one just waiting here in the south east to get the word any word lol.
THEY GOT A SIGN!!!
Progress has been made us country folk.
?
Thanks for the update. Makes me want to take a drive up there from Huntsville to take a peek.
I can not talk on the Rivian charger but I did have the ford charger installed for my Mach E and it has 60 amp breaker and the unit required at least a 48amp. I get about 26 miles per charge hour on average. I charge once it is down to that 20% (ish) and charge to 80% in 5-6 hours.
Again...

Congratulations and don’t forget plenty of photos when it arrives (you know for reference material).
And here I am I just got a mach e end of May and having a blast in it.
I haven’t driven a Rivian yet but if it’s as good as I hear I may consider trading my 2018 Dodge Ram in and having...
Email only meant for 2022 estimates huh?
Here I thought it would be cool to get the max pack and have some good range…… what’s another year or so right.
Alabama and Tennessee just not getting any love or Rivian ?. It’s all good cause all good things come to those that wait or had max pack on their original configuration.
So any word on the Franklin TN service center (or was it just a pipe dream).
I would have thought that with Rivian teaming up with Tennessee to install chargers at some of their parks there would have been at least a smidge more going on for a service something or other. And no I’m not...
My question was if people were going to install a brake light bar (normally between the bottom of the tail gate and the rear bumper).
As Dark-FX noted there is no space on the R1T (I didn’t know because I have not seen many in the wild here in Alabama).
That being said you know someone...
Has anyone done this or plan to put on on their R1T?
I’m just read the thread about the brake lights size and how he was rear ended so I thought I would ask. I have always but the brake light bar on my trucks because I felt it gave a little more visibility to someone driving behind me...
Same goes for the GMC. I have had a hummer EV3 (due to begin production fall 2022)only email from them is the standard “it can do this and that” but never anything of merit.
It’s cool they let you sit and check it out.
Here in Huntsville for earth day there was an EV car event and there was a LE Green and the owner was the same way as in he wanted people to check it out and see all the truck has to offer.
I have a hummer ev3 and adventure R1T with max pack but keep...
