Ha right, I thought that was bad but just accepted it. It sat in the Richmond VA service center from April 10th - April 21st before they even looked at the harness. How do they know it didn't happen during this time as well?

I will escalate to whoever I have to, not sure where to start but that's a good idea.

TLDR - I was delivered a broken truck and now I'm told the repair is not covered under warranty. Received my R1T from the Rivian shop on December 28th. It has had warning errors starting from the day I drove it home. Within a few weeks (Mid to end of January) I received a "Service Suspension"...

Unfortunately, this seems to be the standard since they are so backed up for service right now. I am still waiting (since January) to have my inoperable suspension fixed at the Richmond VA service center. Have not been able to get ahold of an actual technician to explain that my nonworking...

Any reason why these would not work for the 20s? They seem to fit the load and speed rating requirements, but my local tire shop said they wouldn't be comfortable putting them on the R1T.

Yep, they should come with it. Not sure if the older versions come with these newer brackets but the older brackets should fit too.

Let me know if you figure out a good solution. I’d love to sneak a little bit more range out of it.

It comes with these adjustable mounting brackets and a really long allen wrench. With a second adult it was very easy to install and adjust in my opinion. Mounting Brackets 2.0 – iKamper

Richmond SC is indeed the closest. That would actually be awesome if you get a chance. If I can get ahold of the service center tomorrow, I'll let you know.

I might end up giving this a shot, although I am 2+ hours from the service center so that's a whole day gamble :D

lol right! I actually thought I was going crazy when they told me this. I called more than once to make sure they understood my suspension doesn't work 100% of the time, not just a warning light. They deemed it not to be a safety issue. I am trying pretty hard to get a loaner for the road trip...

The other day the "service suspension soon" warning came on and now the vehicle will not allow me to adjust ride height, change ride modes, or use camp mode. While this isn't a big deal for the short-term, the soonest service appointment is in April. I have a road trip/camping trip coming up...
