I agree that dependency/reference changes are not always discussed with the PM depending on how technical they are (when I am in this role I look at every check in for a given item but that isn't common). These dependency changes would only be done as part of a work item where code was touched...

I think any good PM should know every item that was in the sprint - and could always confirm each work item with the dev leads before writing release notes. Basic software product management.

I opted in last night (annual subscription) and have Auto Updates on, connected to WiFI and plenty of charge. No update yet :) - I keep moving the install time up after the update doesn’t appear.

Mostly Agreed. I’m only looking for a reasonable wait for addressing serious issues or already paid for items missing on delivery, and a reasonable turn around when the service is performed (not waiting weeks with car in the SC for a 4 hour PTC install to be done). I want items to be addressed...
