I just configured an R 1T with LA Silver. Being a free color along with white, I’m wondering if the paint formula or quality would be inferior to the colors one pays for.

If I could get 20K out of the tires, I’d be happy. I don’t do much driving anyway so that’s about 2 1/2-3 years for me.

Rivian calls it LA Silver. I like red but it’s a cop magnet!

And now my decision is do I want the bright or the dark wheels? lol. I like the LA silver exterior color so maybe the dark wheels would be a nice contrast

Thanks, that I was my thought too once the AT tires wear out I can swap them out for all season tires. I wonder what the mileage rating is for the all-terrain tires?

I like the 20” wheels however they only come with the all-terrain tires. So my question is even though I’m not an off roader, maybe on a dirt and gravel road now and then, I may occasionally want to take a trip to visit my kids. But the trip is about 900 miles. Am I gonna be okay with those...

I don’t trust any of the colors shown via pics that’s why I thought maybe I could get some chip samples but I guess I’ll have to drive up to Phoenix and take a look. It’s about a 2 1/2 hour drive.

I couldn’t find a corporate phone number or email customer service option on the Rivian website and the service center in Phoenix doesn’t have a phone number. I wanted to find out if they had exterior paint chip samples they could mail to me. Seeing the colors on the website is not always...
