In PA the sales tax is reduced by the cost of the vehicle you’re trading in. So selling to a 3rd party of the transaction would cost an additional 3k in taxes. So it’s a lose lose situation for the consumer if they don’t at least offer what everyone else is offering.

A good use case for Optimus would be farming. Unfortunately, farmers wouldn't have the money to purchase expensive robots to do the back breaking parts. Specially since the primary source of workers are migrants.

That's a doubled edged sword. If people don't have jobs, they won't be buying vehicles. Car manufacturers aren't the only ones trying to reduce work force with automation. At some point very few will have jobs to be able to buy the products they are trying to maximize profits on.

Do you think they will have deals on the R1S when the R2 finally releases? Or do you think they will remove all the R1S deals to try and push the R2? Waiting impatiently for the configurator to release to see the specs of the R2 and would be awesome to get a good lease deal on a R1S.
