The extender would be a very easy after market item but attaching it could require some drilling. Only speculating.

These have been around for a long time. I had one in a 2001 Mercedes SLK. Never had to use it.

I'm sure if it was cut down to an extended cab it would make the 200" but then you would be pushing for a work truck and that isn't the purpose for most buyers. Take out the tunnel while you are at it and go to a single cab. We would end up with a true skate board. I lived in the east bay for 55...
