    Duckrider is blowing smoke. If 40 amp or 48 amp doesn't fill his needs he will have to use a fast DC charger or just stay with an ICE. At the moment I'm charging my Bolt with my Level 2. It only excepts 32 amps and it is just fine. Everyone's needs are different.

    I don't see a delay with Rivian Blue. Am I missing something. Yes the LA silver is nice and if I was going for the Explorer, the silver and 400+and the rest standard would be my choice. $77500.

    Clipper Creek HCS-50P Plug-in, 40A, L2 EVSE, 240V, NEMA 14-50 This is the one I went with. 60 amp would give you the max but it is hardwired if you don't mind that.

    I'm sure you are no more confused than Rivian is. Has to be a mad house for any manufacturer.

    Rivian made it very clear through others that there will be no shade. A quality dark tint on the interior may be the only option. Nobody can get clarification if the tint changes with any photo optic film in the glass.

    I’m still going with the 20” Can switch to all season later with many choices. Lots of side wall. The most of the 3.

    They will refer you to an electrician. Probably an over priced one. I got a few estimates. Start now and avoid surprises.
