Per their website, Magbak says their Tesla mount will work with any magsafe case, not just the Magbak case. This could be a good option. How is the view of the phone with this mount? Any obstruction from the steering wheel?

Does anyone know if it is possible to edit the icons at the bottom of the infotainment screen from their default positions? I would like to put them in a different order and also have it so that the camera icon is always present rather than only in the “last used” position or in the “more” submenu.

Exactly what I needed to elevate my current magsafe mount. I did not realize that the 20 mm socket would be be compatible with a 17 mm ball. Thanks!

What size is the ball mount for your setup? Having trouble finding a 17 mm with an extenson arm to elevate it so that the screen is not obstructed by the steering wheel.

I tried several different pins and I am confirming that using a pin for a 2.5” receiver is required due to the extra length. I also tried several anti-rattle clamps. This did not reauire a clamp for a 2.5” hitch-the 2” hitch model fit.

This is what I was told when I emailed NY state. If they begin to offer the rebate in the future, I hope they will make it retroactive to 2022. But I somehow doubt they will…

Looking at a Teslatap mini vs Lectron adapter. Looks like there have been reports of compatibility issues with the trsla tap mini and charging speed issues with the Lectron. Anyone have a suggestion on which way to go?
