We just picked a R1S Launch edition (same as first pic) from the shop last night. We had the same configured since 12/2021 but the launch edition was $1800 cheaper. Our VIN is 20425, not sure how to determine the build date.

USAA was higher than 7%?? We're thinking of going with USAA when we get ours the end of the year. EECU has their rates at 5.79% right now.

5.79%/ 60 or 72 months 6.79%/ 84 months I see these rates when I log in to my EECU account.

I’ve seen a few LEs since getting access the last couple of weeks. I should’ve snagged the LE El Cap with dark 22s when I saw it last week. I tend to overthink things though and it slipped away.

I just got shop access last week and have been searching daily for an R1S similar to my configuration. I have a question about the launch edition models popping up. Is Rivian still making launch editions or are those customer returns or cancellations? What model year would they be?

I ordered last Dec and the email they sent out early this year stated 2nd half next year. I’m in no hurry though, gives me more time to save.

We went with the R1S. We’re only a family of 3 but want the extra space for family trips and camping. We‘re planning on replacing our 2013 Ford Explorer with the R1S. Our expected delivery is end of 2023 so we still have a while till we get our hands on it. I’m sure by then there will be more...

We spotted this R1S back in July when we stopped to charge in Bakersfield. Unfortunately this was the only pic my husband was able to get as we were on our way out and the Rivian had just pulled up.

I have read a few post about the 12V battery going out over in the forums. My car has received several updates via OTA and thru dealership and so far no issues, although it does worry me at times. I do wish it was easier to access the 12V battery in the MME. Only way would be thru the little...

Have you tried going to a different dealer? Or reaching out to ford over in the MME forums? I have a FE MME with 11000 miles and have never had any issues with my car. Hope you get your car back soon.
