You can go to https://leasehackr.com/calculator enter the MSRP and the Residual, put your tax information in and any other fees if they're being rolled in to the lease or not. Then you can adjust the money factor until it matches the monthly lease cost that they told you.

Does it state the purchase price (price you pay now) and the risidual price (price you'd need to pay them to keep the car at the end of the lease)? We can pretty much work it out from that.
