I currently have the driver-side half shaft issue and Brooklyn Service center refuses to acknowledge it. I am ready to sell it and wait for a good used one to show up on the market.

I have the issue with the half shaft too and I get the famous "it is operating according to specifications" from the Brooklyn service team. Now my pedal vibrates on regen braking.

I will try and capture it on video when I get the truck back. Its one of those rattles that you feel and hear and i might have to borrow a camera with a good microphone to document it. I have reached out to our guide and she said she will forward my documentation to legal.

It is been very disappointing especially since we love the truck but its note good for a company when a customer walks away always feeling like they know nothing about their car.

9/6/23 update Went to pick up the car and wow! they have really lost it. They used string to fix a broken clip. Plus my guide has ghosted me. Skipped our scheduled call and does not respond to text. The suspension rattle has gotten worse and there is now a high-pitched whining noise coming...
