Dog strap is always smapped in. Back seat. No issues.

Tech just left. Hood alignment. Took 20 minutes. He said Rivian says to install sensor first as part of the procedure but that is almost always alignment. Need a QC check before delivery.

The mobile tech is coming today to hopefully fix this issue. I'll let ya'll know what he says

Can't help with installer but we installed Hannshaw a couple of days ago and they look and work great.

My delivery guy had an issue too. Says there is an obstruction. We took everything out and it still won't auto close. Is there a fix? Bad sensor?

Just got a new R1S Dual this week. Was it my imagination or didn't I see a video of kneel mode tilting the vehicle to the side like a city bus? Or is lower or there is. I have a small dog and the former would be good. The guy that delivered the car to us showed us camp mode. I can't find...
