Suspension is questionable as initial reports show lots of failures due to them cheaping out in areas. Audio isn't really a "truck quality" but yes I agree its better. Rear wheel steer is cool but looking at the Edmund video, doesn't seem to actually help with turning radius, so its just...
With Tesla prototypes ARE the final product. Who needs internal testing when you have people that will pay for anything you put out no matter what it is!!
They took government money in exchange for opening the chargers to other manufacturers. That's not debatable.. it's a fact. So yet again, it's a Tesla problem to fix.
Tesla accepted government money to expand charging .. that money came with requirements. One being they have to accommodate other vehicles.
Yet again, this is a TESLA problem not a every other car manufacturer problem. Tesla's network is no longer a "private" network. If they don't want to...
Its bigger in other countries besides the US. Which the R2 and R3 will likely go to. Over time we will see more options for that in the US and Teslas will be unable to easily use those.
Being concerned about "Tesla bros" should be about 0% of the consideration. It sucks their car manufacturer didn't think ahead when building charging and now they have to wait. That's their fault. If they do dumb stuff to my truck, i have no problem pressing charges on them. I'll either be...
Doesn't compare to the homeless camp tent for the Cybertruck. (yes this is the official 3000 dollar Tesla tent)

I think you have to plan for it long term. They will have to solve for the curbside issue at some point. Its the only way adoption really takes off. Too many cities have lots of people that have to park curbside.
Also I said this in the other thread .. The R3 is going to be a massive hit in...
I was curious on that too. I'm assuming they will be able to click left and right? Otherwise you are going to have two different software stacks. Things like the garage door opener, phone calls, music, cruise control etc all use the left right functionality
But would be way harder for curbside charging. Telsa is going to fix their superchargers because even THEY recognize their short cables are the problem .. not the cars.
Its the right location in the long run. Not focused on the poor super charger design that only has 6 inch cables. Tesla will have to fix their superchargers. Passenger side enables curbside charging which Teslas are going to struggle with. Easier for Tesla to put longer cables on their...
I love the uproar from Tesla fanboys on the location. The root cause of the Tesla supercharger issues is that they used too short of cables. Period. It was designed for one car, then they decided they wanted money from other manufacturers so Telsa is going to have to fix their super chargers...
