Yeap. Noticed the same on mine. Much worse orange peel than my 2013 Lexus. Took this pic on delivery day and had them note it. Did a lot of research. Asked some local paint specialist. Disappointingly, the consensus is this is just how cars are painted these days. A shift in painting...

I spoke with Tesla over chat and they didn't make be jump through any hoops. Just asked for the model numbers, and shipped me a new one.

Yeah, we've got multiple folks stating it works and multiple folks stating it doesn't work. Some folks even had it start working for a week then fail. Check the Tesla Motors thread. At this point, I would NOT recommend the TUWC until they can sort this out. Wonder what is different with...

Thank you! I will cross-post over to that thread. It's got more Rivian owners having issues. Right now, it seems like "luck of the draw" if the TUWC will work with Rivian or not.

Conversely, my home magic dock is red.

Ordered a TeslaTap mini to diagnose if it is just a magic dock (J1772) issue or not.

Vehicle charge port stays white for several minutes, then turns red with dash message to unplug and try again. My mobile charger (120V) works just fine. I have also Level 3 DC charged just fine. I don't have a Tesla to test with. I feel like there is something I have done wrong in the Tesla...
