I am 100% in line with your final statements. We needed more information so that we could make an informed decision. Even if that decision is to take it in the teeth and just go with a quad model. Just accept that we waited longer unnecessarily.

I got the email yesterday as well. This is my first time receiving this email and have yet to get a link to the shop. I do not intend to give up my max pack. I just am wondering/concerned how cut down the truck will be in comparison to the original specs/features.
