I think processing means one of two things: If you are close to your date, they may have matched you and you are a step closer. Or…. If you are still far out, they are simply updating their estimates for end of quarter.

No idea. I think it was delivered to the SC and the buyer backed out. I was right there and the right place at the right time. And because it was my location (I’m three miles from a SC), I was able to snag it.
