it is very easy to get in and out... my friend who just got his R1S tried them out for his elderly parents and his toddlers and they all had an easy time.

My understanding is they are pretty easy to install. I just figured the company would do a much cleaner job than me and faster so I spent the money. They have a few different threads on them here and talk about the install.

They have a service center in Van Nuys. Well worth the install price. But if you don't have one near you, a lot of people have installed them themselves with no problem. And they are on sale right now for $850 I believe.
