Just go forward and reverse a little bit when lowering the suspension after tire change mode helps the lowering process.

I see a few problems already. Look at your tire pressure it is very low and will result in poor range. Also you speed, hills, wind play a big factor in efficiency. Your charging history is showing kWh which is how much charge your added to the battery. They rate of charge at is measure in kW.

If it is really hilly avoid conserve. I also avoid if traffic is really heavy (lots of stop and go) or really curvy (lots of corner braking). More concerned with tire wear not the amount of regen.
