    Tell them to lift by the jack pucks or you will go to a different shop. You can lift by the suspension but it is potentially more prone to damage. Make sure to put suspension in highest and tire change mode in service menu.

    2.21.0 fixed my wheels in app :) I originally had 22 inch wheels but switched to 20s. In vehicle showed 20s but app always showed 22s. Now latest app shows 20s :)
