There’s lots of threads on the ram 2363 wheels (make sure you get this exact style, they came on 09-13 ram 1500s).
You should be able to pick up a set of 4 for $200-400, up to you if you want to spend another $400-600 to powder coat. Then you’ll need some hub centric rings ($20) Tmps sensors...
$60 is what I was initially quoted. After digging more, I found out it’s more involved and closer to $180 for speedometer/vehicle settings.
And in some cases, the cameras need recalibration. If that’s the case, it’s $400-$500 and a trip to the service center.
Here’s a thread on it
I’m hovering at about 4% increase in range.
I’ve been measuring my commute of which I averaged 2.45 with the AT/s. With the Nokians I’ve been averaging 2.55 on the same commute.
Does anyone else have problems with the steering wheel sensors? I usually have my hand at 9 on the steering wheel and feel I'm getting constantly warning dings to make sure my hand is on the wheel
Lots of info on this forum, but beware, you may have to pay rivian between $180 and $600 to make the swap due to the 1 inch tire diameter difference in the computer/cameras.
You might be better off swapping to a set of all seasons in the 20s. I saw about a 5% range increase from the all...
$180 bucks from Rivian to change settings, plus potentially another $400-500 if your cameras need adjusting.
I’d stick with the 275/65/20. Plenty of all seasons in that size
I went from a Mach e gt to the R1T, was sad to give up the Mustang but the Rivian is something else.
bluecruise is superior to Driver Plus
I did enjoy Sirius XM but Spotify is ok
CarPlay has been covered to death on this forum but I’m not heartbroken over it
Update:
Been racking up some miles on the Nokians, and early rough estimates (keeping in mind the many factors that affect range) after the 500 break in period are 2-6% increase in range. I’ve played with the trip meters a lot trying to guesstimate it.
my current range estimate at 70% charge...
Wonder what the specs for that stock R1T “sub” are…. Could it be as simple as keeping the existing wiring and building a bigger box with a 6 or 8 inch sub?
Can’t speak to city, but they do seem to handle the mountain curves better than the pirellis.
range off the get go is roughly equal to the ATs after 300ish miles on the new tires, but temperature here has been a bit all over the place. Really hoping I see a nice gain with the street tires after...
