Sounded like they had to fill a cavity ? To stop water from entering the frame, they did a water test and water didn't return. I'll find out.

I brought mine in for other issues and mentioned I heard water, they told me they recreated it in the shop, they tried to replace the plugs on the frame of the door, still an issue, water came back. I'll post when I know the resolution.
