I use (and recommend) Google Fi so I can add another sim and only pay for data used. For our Volvo this has worked well and added negligible cost.

For those who don't yet own R1: you can easily disable just the rear sensors too (which to my annoyance not all vehicles support, eg, my 2021 Volvo XC60 recharge).

I'm pretty happy with my R1S but I also think the CR report is a generally fair review and appropriate for the average consumer, i.e., their demographic. As a machine, I think the R1 platform is unrivaled. Period. However as a luxury vehicle, it lacks polish and has some baffling design...

I don't think I understand and I would love to see pics, especially if youre saying that you found a way to get more clearance. One thing to note: I'm not using the quikr pin at all. I just use my beefy paclock.

I also have this and love it. I have the base and three add-ons supporting a total of four bikes. It is much better than Kuat Sherpa (which I've also owned) and I believe better than the 1up. One issue is that it only _exactly_ clears my R1S bumper. Because there will be flexing when it's under...
