Reached out to my guide yesterday and asked him to contact service center for status of PDI. As of today, it has been at the service center for 1 week for PDI. He said it should be finishing up by end of the week and they will call to schedule delivery when they have capacity.

Yes, my local delivery center actually kept me updated on my vehicle after I secured it from R1Shop. I have not had any contact from the service center. My guide said they would contact me to schedule delivery once the vehicle passes PDI.

My guide who I was in communication with primarily via text told me it arrived at the service center.

Just received word from my guide that our R1S arrived at the service center in Portland. Ordered from the shop 4/7/23, that's 27 days from the R1 shop to service center arrival. Still have to wait for pre-delivery inspection. Anyone else have timing on how long it took them for PDI?

I keep asking my guide if there is an estimated arrival date for my R1S to the service center. He says, “I don’t know when it will arrive unfortunately “. Has this been others experience? Or is my guide withholding for some reason?

Dang that’s quick! It must have been at the service center. I’m currently at 3 weeks and 4 days since I picked a vehicle from the shop. My guide said it was at the factory, and they must have shipped by rail :(

My CPA was behind and already filed an extension. Since I expect to take delivery in the next week or so, I figure we just do it before filing 2022 and not have to amend.

I have asked my CPA this question, I signed the binding agreement. I have not filed my 2022 return to wait until delivery so I don’t have to amend if I indeed get the 7500 in 2022. If not, I’ll file and get the 3750 in 2023.

Congrats!!! I picked my config from the shop 9 days after you....so maybe I am 9 days out. Too bad there were not times available for this weekend. I bet you can't wait for Tuesday to come =)

The shop is constantly updated, I noticed inventory changing all hours of the day and throughout the night also. Sorry, that probably doesn't help....now you will be refreshing constantly =P

Any update on your R1T? Has it gotten to the service center yet? I am also waiting for delivery to the Portland SC.

I asked my guide and he did not give me an estimated arrival date....I even asked if there was an estimated arrival date showing in the system he could share. He just said "6-8 weeks". When I pushed a little more he said "it will likely arrive 2-3 weeks from now".
