Box looks fine. It looks like 3 of the slats were damaged in the same place, probably when they were in the soft case and being packaged up in the cardboard box.
Finally got my manual tonneau cover today… and it’s damaged! 3 of the slats have a dent in the middle rear edge, as shown in the video. Put in a service request, will see what they say… these manual tonneau covers have been a real struggle.
