I've gotten stuck 3 times this winter. Every time it was a drift that the flat under body just became like A sled. Climbed up leaving the wheels off the ground. Put it in off-road mode, but apparently it thought the suspension was already extended. Had to dig ot out. FYI raise it up before...
Would hate to cover the beautiful seats, but I also get dirty at work and wish Rivian would make some fitted covers. I do find that the Rivian towl works for the back seat.
Honestly I mostly leave it in low. I'm in and out a lot and don't like waiting for the truck to kneel. I do "gun it" probably more than I legally should. Just to much fun
No tick-tock noise. Supension squeak is an unavoidable result of the hydraulic dampening system. It bothered me at first, but now it's just background noise that I ignore
FWIW vin # 22xx has almost 14,000 miles and has had 0 mechanical or electrical problems. Even the tonneau still works fine. It is disheartening to hear of so many trucks with problems. Hope Rivian gets you all taken care of.
My local COOP has big rebates when using their approved charger and installing a separate meter and remote control off peek relay. They paid for 1/2 the installation cost and charging cost is 2 cents less per KW
I'll have to agree the Ford has some nice options/accessories that I really like. And II'm really split on which I prefer. But the slightly smaller size and the off road capability will probably...most definitely mean ill keep the R1T
Wow, sorry to hear your guide experience has been horrible. I've had contact with my guide through text, email, and phone conversation even on her day off. And just had a new guide assigned after she got a promotion.
How is it some have such a bad experience and others don't.
All my...
Don't know about instructions for tire rotation, but I have a 9000# hydraulic car lift that I'll be using. If you have the lifting pucks any tire shop should be able to use them and do a tire rotation. I did talk to Rivian customer service and he said the service center would do a tire rotation...
I had the service center install the front license plate bracket on my truck. I know a Mn State Trooper, and he says they don't really fine people but use it as a reason to pull people over.
This was one of the first things I noticed on my truck. When it was in to have other PPF applied I had them do this area also. I figured it was at least some protection untill something better becomes available.
This is my solution to keep groceries and whatnot from moving around in the front trunk. Works well, even during spirited driving. The pegs work great to hold the Drive Auto Organizer in place.
This would definitely keep things from sliding around, but at .1 inch thick it would be thicker than the OEM charge pad. With all the coils in the center counsel one would think it should work. But my experience has been : Phone charges on OEM pad only without a case, and phone charges with a...
