What other shops have you guys been using for rotations? My nearest Discount Tire / America's Tire is over 2 hours away. My nearest chain is a Mavis and the team is nice but not sticklers for detail.
Semi-interesting. I checked my window sticker and it has truck listed as the delivery method although my guide told me that it was traveling by train over to Brooklyn.
Also important to note that the default All-Purpose mode in the duals is similar to Conserve in the quads because the automatic AWD uses primarily the front axle until it decides the rear is needed...
My guide said 2-3 days to unmatch and another 2-3 to get shop access back. At no point did he say I wouldn't be able to get access again. I ended up keeping my config so I can't say for certain.
haha the good thing is that it’s at my PPF guy until Friday because he’s backed up. I’m hoping with the severity it’s an alignment thing at which point I’ll take it to get alignment instead of heading back to the SC
I've got an April build and I pull hard to the right. The below is straight for me. Glad to know they at least know what to do. I'm tempted to just get an alignment before going into the SC because driving into Brooklyn is a pain
Picked mine up from Brooklyn yesterday :) 88xx VIN and panel gaps are really good. I'm not as concerned about them as some are, but I didn't notice anything egregious around the car. Frunk and liftgate worked perfectly and all of the stuff that should've been in there were in there.

All cleared up! Still not sure why I was getting the error, but the SC just reached out to schedule my pick up from Brooklyn. At the end of the day, they want to move the trucks as much as we want to pick them up
My guide (Aaron A) has been fantastic. We’re on a primary text basis (my choice) and I don’t think I’ve waited more than 30 minutes for a response. Most of the time he gets back to me in 10-15
It's not great. When I did the First Mile, it took me 90 minutes to get out there but that was a Saturday at 9AM. I'm supposed to be on the list as a Service Center pick up not a home delivery.
I'm on the list as a service center pick up. First screen after entering the last step was to confirm my address and that's where I'm seeing the message.
My guide got back to me and he's reaching out to the delivery team to see what the issue might be. He's not 100% sure the R1S is ready yet...
