It's going to be like this for a lot of people if you live close enough to a service center. Production numbers are going up and they need to get trucks in customer hands.
Yeah I have LG and that's even dark at night, but it's still my favorite. It does look dirty all the time and I remember the best thing about my Silver Model S was the it looked clean most of the time even when it wasn't.
I saw one on the road the other day right at twilight and it looked great. I'm happy with my launch green, but I see a ton of them on the road. I thought I'd see more Silvers because it's usually popular and it was cheaper, but it's actually rare around here.
I had a Silver Tesla so I didn't want another Silver Car but I've always thought that the R1T looks so good in Silver. I think if I ordered another one I might get it in Silver.
I'm always shocked at how many people want a 7 seat car, but apparently it's a big market. This looks like a good option for those people.
Most of the people cross shopping this and the R1S aren't going off road in their R1S anyway.

According to the manual, the only conditions for a restart are to be in park...
I had a 2014 Model S. Definitely had a few of these issues in the early days. Went through a few 12v batteries. But once the software got to a certain point it was pretty rock solid with every update. Hopefully that will happen with Rivian soon as well, but the 12V issues have been ongoing...
Waiting an hour in between hard resets is probably something they should be telling us all. I could see people trying more than one in a row when they are frustrated.
Is it possible all the launch edition vins are 2022 VINs? I know my launch edition is in the 4000 VIN range but produced later. It was one of the first Forest Edge interiors and I think they had pre-reserved VINs in batches prior to production.
Either way, I wouldn't care if it's 2022 or...
As others have said, this is what they should have been doing for a while. They have supplier issues for certain trims and they should prioritize producing as many trucks with existing inventory as they can. This is the same reason Tesla streamlined their interior and exterior color options...
