I typically use my Milwaukee M12 Impact with a deep Cr-Mo impact socket on my older cars. I've never used the aluminum sockets or the torque sockets before, but hear that they do the least amount of damage to the lugs. I really don't want to mar the finish on the lugs or wheel face. Any...
I've owned various Land Rovers for twenty plus years. Back in the day driving off the lot was an adventure and I got to be best friends with the service advisor! Great vehicles but, compromised due to budget constraints and ownership changes.
Over time I feel that the LR brand has shifted...
I'd like to know if the camp speaker charging port inside the vehicle can supply enough current to be able to power other potential aftermarket devices...
Let's get creative!
Maybe a...

Has anyone confirmed whether the rattle is from not being clipped in correctly or because of a missing defroster vent piece? A month or so ago, I read some chatter about the missing piece but never heard any follow-up whether this was true. Rumor being a piece was left out during assembly at...
I gave up on the easy entry/exit. Seems like it was very inconsistent and if my wife's phone was first noticed (her profile didn't have easy entry setup) then I got in and switched profiles I had to wait for it to move my seat to easy entry, then to my profile before I tapped the pedal. If I...
I'm in Florida, not too far from OP's location and I agree its hot, even inside our garage at home is 90* by afternoon. When I first got the R1 in May I was seeing as high as 138* in the Rivian App. pretty much any time it sat in the sun for a few hours. Tinting the windshield and all around...
Total speculation... Perhaps, Rivian has a deal with Bosch with compensation going back to Rivian's pocket for warranty claims? Whereas Enduros are in house.
I was just replying to the person that suggested the author of the article was possibly trying to help the shorts. I am long from the IPO, holding since and accumulating whenever possible.
I pasted the highlights below, so we don't have to go to the website and generate any more ad revenue.

Who is this guy? Generally click bait articles at least get their facts straight. There are so many errors. I...
Can't say for sure, but if the Rivian computer is similar to others it will notice the difference in tire size since the revolutions won't match the other wheels and think that wheel is slipping. Then try to correct the slippage, after a short while I would assume it would trigger an error...
Thinking back... I remember one time (passengers whom shall remain nameless) were trying to slam the door shut and it wouldn't close. After they kept slamming the door to no avail I worriedly went around to the passenger side to see what was going on and the seat was left in the forward most...
Only had ours a month and I just checked the door panels. Sure enough, the passenger side which gets used the most has an indent and tear into the vinyl. :(
I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but why can't the front camera turn on when the sensors detect an object in front of the vehicle? Obviously if they can code the driver info screen to show the warning bars they could add an option to trigger the center screen to switch to front camera...
Thanks!
Agreed, black with the ElCap should match really well.
I waited too long to order the Rivian OEM center caps and now they are out of stock. Found a temporary set of black centers on Amazon for ~$18. Looks "OK".
I think I might put the aero covers back on this weekend just to see what...
Here's a few pictures of the Twrap's gun metal vinyl, covering the spokes on my R1S. I also did the chrome strip alone the roof line in gloss black. (a little hard to see from the glare in those pics.)
Absolutely, we'll have to meet up one day! Picking up in Orlando I assume? You'll have plenty of time to get used to your truck by the time you get home, i4 is such a "fun" drive. LOL
