I also pushed out delivery until the summer- my guide told me I can let him know when I'm ready and he'll start the vin search and match process again. Incredibly easy!
I personally feel like the powered cover would be just another thing that can break down the line (though I'm excited to see the new iteration). I've mostly been in the manual camp for the duration of my preorder, so I'd rather grab what's great (and currently available) instead of waiting for...
Personally, I'm okay with getting the manual cover since the powered is just another motor that can break at some point. That said, if they announce a fix for the powered soon, I'd give it another thought!
Weather would for SURE remove driving it back here as an option for me personally. I-90 and RT 2 have been rough over the last few days in WA, and I couldn't imagine how pissed I'd be if I made it all the way here only to get hit because someone spun out.
Dang, if this were in the afternoon, I'd love to bring my kid by! The boy is on a mission to see every EV we can find but since he's 8, hasn't yet developed the patience necessary to wait until we take delivery lol
I'm hoping to get my ducks in a row before I take delivery next year and I'm hoping to nail down a shop or three that I can take my truck to. If any of you have any places you'd like to recommend and are comfortable sharing how much you paid for a full wrap, I'd love to hear about them! TIA!
I hope this helps! I've got these charging stops in mind for when I finally get my truck- Cannon Beach is probably going to be one of the first places we go!

Man, everyone's always talking about how common R1Ts are in Seattle but I've only seen one in Auburn and one on a ferry back from Bainbridge! I'd love to see them pump out some more deliveries too.
