It's not a big deal to pop that cover off - maybe 60 seconds of effort. If your tire shop can't handle that, i'd be worried that will handle the tire job competently. Any reasonably competent tire installer will have no problems here.

Hi there - yes, the BF deal is active - we do not offer free shipping on these, unfortunately the ups/fedex costs are too high for us to absorb those. Occasionally we have cosmetic blem 'open box / scratch & dent' specials on these -- we have a few cosmetic blem R1T sets now, but no R1S blems...

this rear bull bar and the new bumper are different products at the moment - these brush/bull bars are intended for use with stock bumpers. We'll have future add-on products specific for our bumpers. Our bumpers have integrated mounting bosses.
