I too am interested in what they do. I have the same issues, 23 quad with 21k miles here. The clunk at every stop sign and stop light is getting annoying (and embarrassing since it’s quite loud). I can feel it in the steering wheel every time I stop and go.

I had this issue, it persisted between vehicle updates. I was able to solve this by logging out of AM then logging back in. But now AM has been basically unusable this past week or so. Not sure what’s going on with it.

No, that adapter won't work for the Level 2 destination chargers. It's only designed for the DC fast charging Super Chargers. You'll need something like the Tesla Tap, A2Z Stellar, or Lectron Adapter to charge at the destination chargers.

Any update after your appointment? My issues with driver assist have returned and my appointment is 3 months out. I feel like since the safety systems are disabled that they should have a bit more priority in getting these fixed.

The stickers are serialized and tied to the vehicle they were issued to, so probably not legal to swap them.
