I'd definitely pay a one time fee or maybe annually to have CarPlay then the rest of it wouldn't matter. Outside of that I don't see any value in the LTE service providing me something that I can't do with a phone or dedicated media device that I leave in the car.

How long did you have to wait for a fix? They've been telling me sometime in March to even get a SC appointment which seems ridiculous considering the truck can't connect to anything.

I'm 10 miles from the Bellevue SC and likely will be needing a windshield replacement from a rock hit on I-5 which is how I found out that the soonest they could get me in is late March. I don't mind driving it as is for now but hopefully a fix can be made sooner than later.
