Does anyone know if you will be able to get a refreshed version or you have to stick with your configuration?
  2. Powered tonneau at delivery

They used to do tonneau cover install by mobile service but not anymore. Had to go to the SC to get the new design installed.
  3. Montreal service center location is confirmed!

So far I am happy with their service. Better than other SCs that I went to. Hopefully it stays the same after they officially open.
  4. Montreal service center location is confirmed!

Had that one last week. Like the R1S.
  5. Montreal service center location is confirmed!

They already have R1Ss and R1Ts at the service center waiting to be delivered. I am wondering if those are the ones that will be available in the shop when it opens for Quebec.
  6. Montreal service center location is confirmed!

Employees only. They have a sign on the front door that they don’t offer tours if you are not taking delivery or servicing a Rivian.
  7. Montreal service center location is confirmed!

Went to the service center, they have about +20 of R1Ts and R1Ss. The SC is bigger than what I thought.
  8. Rivian NACS Adapters begin arriving!

That’s great!! The EA sucks there. It must be 30% up time based on my experience.
  9. 2024.11 - Petro & Electrify Canada

Wast there a problem with EC? Are you referring to Electric Circuit? Never had an issue with that network before.
  10. Accommodation sales

Interesting, I don’t think it’s something that exists on the other side of the border. I remember Rivian’s trade in value was low when I got mine. Ended up selling to a dealership. Got luck! Hope they open the steps soon! It may be if they asked you for trade in.
  11. Accommodation sales

How is that different from a trade in? Have you started Rivian’s steps to buy the car (I.e. financing, trade in etc)?
  12. How is DC fast charging going for my Canadian R1 drivers?

The Tesla adapters are coming and hopefully it will make life easier for everyone. In Quebec, I never had an issue with the Electric Circuit platform. It’s not very fast (usually 100kw max) but it has been very reliable. Same with Flo (more expensive). The others are touch and go. Btw, Rivian...
  13. Montreal service center location is confirmed!

That’s how it was in Boston. Delivery outside but documents are signed inside. Also from what I heard this is not the long term location.
  14. Montreal service center location is confirmed!

Yeah I can confirm. I just got that update. No mention of Quebec anymore. ?
  15. Montreal service center location is confirmed!

Yeah I had a couple of call with the call center and depending who you talked to they say that it’s soon or not really. That’s one of Rivian’s issues, the service provided by the agents is inconsistent. At least that has been my experience. Most of them are very good though. I have 4-5 tickets...
  16. Montreal service center location is confirmed!

Was it the call center for Rivian service or the actual Toronto service center? In my experience, service centers don’t usually call unless when you are taking delivery or already have a car being serviced.
  17. Anyone import to Canada

Yes. No issues. I think some people are speculating. As long as you follow the proper process everything should go smoothly. At least that was my experience.
  18. Anyone import to Canada

Yes I imported my truck last summer (moved from the US) and I didn’t need anything from Rivian. Passed both federal and provincial inspections. See my previous posts.
  19. Montreal service center location is confirmed!

Mine works fine in Montreal (English) but maybe Quebec delivered trucks will run a different version of the software?
  20. Montreal service center location is confirmed!

No sorry. I may stop by again this weekend or next week and will take some.
