Looking to re-install my original mats for the warmer weather, but when I was removing them a couple of the grommets separated, and they are wickedly difficult to put back together. Any tips?
Not so sure about that. Our other vehicle is a Mach-e GT performance edition, and I think subjectively our R1T tri would take it in the twists. Agree that it undergoes a Jekyll and Hyde transformation in sport mode.
I'm finding the latest iOS app (2.19.1) is a bit of a mess. It consistently fails to wake/unlock the car on approach (yes, I have location always on) and it seems to struggle when asking it to modify charge times, i.e. connecting with the car to start a charge earlier than scheduled.
Anyone...
Hi Denver area Rivian owners, I'm still getting used to the length and turning radius of my R1T and got a minor booboo dent in my gear tunnel when parking the other night. Any suggestions for a good body shop in the Denver area that could fix this up? Would love to avoid having to get a new...
Hi folks, I'm still getting used to the length of my R1T and bumped up against another family vehicle when pulling into our drive, creating a minor dent in my gear tunnel door. What are your suggestions for where to take this for fixing? thanks in advance!
My wife is really interested in having me install running boards on our R1T. Does anyone know if that’s a problem to install on a leased vehicle? Thanks for any tips!
I use SJ Tires. They are a mobile service and they have one person that does all of their Rivian business. He’s well versed on jack pucks, etc. They service the Denver Metro area.

LOL!
Respectfully, none of the above. I'm just describing my experience. That's all it is, my experience.
I actually think that's what a forum like this is best suited to, simple sharing of experiences. I don't presume to mean that will be anyone else's. If my experience is helpful to someone else...
CarPlay... Last night I drove my wife's Mach-E, with CarPlay, and tried to use the nav/maps via CarPlay to get to our destination. What a joke! The phone took literally 3-4 minutes to even correctly identify our location. We were pulling onto the freeway on ramp as it was showing us tooling...
Thought I'd post a quick follow up...
We had some Nokian Hakkapeliitta R5's mounted onto our stock 22" wheels the Thursday before Christmas.
Christmas Day we drove to Grand Lake to spend the day with family and drove back to Denver that evening. So glad we had the Nokians on the way home...
I have to agree so far. I already pay for a "premium" subscription that allows me to stream in addition to the subscription on my other car. If it doesn't work where there is no cell service, common here in Colorado esp. in the mountains, I can't see pony'ing up the extra $$. Seems counter to...
FWIW, I was initially shopping a Macan EV, when I started looking at Rivian. Admittedly, not a comparable situation to that of the OP here, but when I started looking at the options and Macan 4s vs. Turbo, the Rivian stood out in terms of value. Very different vehicles, but having come from...
