Yes something is wrong. I will investigate my tables in another thread and see if it is happening there.

Update: I checked Post # 49. The tables are still there. BUT if I try to edit that post, the tables disappear (leaving the contents in disarray).

I added an interesting (in a bad way) update at the start of the OP. If anyone has any insight to what happened to the four tables in the OP, please let me know. I do not seem to be able to add a table to any post (in this Thread), including this one.

Sorry, I have no idea. But a couple of comments, nonetheless... Just from the photos they look really well made and rugged. (Nice welds.) Is it possible that they accidentally sent you products intended for a different brand/model of vehicle?

It seems like the major issue with this type of LP holder is careful placement so as not to trigger proximity sensors. Judging from consumer comments at their own site, the BuiltRight (New Milford, Connecticut) product appears to require (partial?) disassembly in order to re-position. If true...
