Yea, the seat & steering wheel heaters are barely noticeable in mine. I wonder if the different interiors are to blame? Do you have Ocean Coast by chance? I doubt I'll ever put a ticket in about it, it's not that important. Funny how different they are, my Bronco feels like a heating pad on...
My guide was not proactive with anything, but if I texted her, she would usually respond within a few hours. Sounds like you don't have a VIN yet? Good news is you have time then. I did all 8 steps the day before I picked it up.
Same thing for me, so this appears to be the fix. I did a full reset (left steering wheel button and hazard button) because I was having charging issues, and next time I went into the app I could control climate.
I believe it all depends on the material and temp ratings of the wire, and the temp ratings of the breaker. 6 gauge should be ok for a 60 amp circut, as long as the wire says so.

I just installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet...
100% for the wood. Just took delivery of an Ocean Coast R1T, the wood makes it look so classy. TBH the plastic was 1 reason I hated the white interior of Tesla's, I like the look of natural wood better, and I'm someone who prefers modern to traditional in home decor. The wood just looks better.
I don't mind the turn signal noise, though I do think it might be too quiet, I find myself looking to see if it activated.
The proximity phone key is definitely an issue, though I did have somewhat similar issues with my Tesla, just not to the same extreme.
The lights... wow I can't believe...
Prepare to be dissapointed with trade in values, they were insanely low. I'm gonna try to sell it myself. Picked up my Rivian last night, probably won't have time to list my Tesla until after the holidays.
Don't worry, my guide had no info, then I just randomly got emailed that the 8 steps are open, and I can schedule delivery. It would seem either my guide was clueless or someone cancelled with my exact config, so don't lose hope.
That's all I saw too, but that wouldn't be fixed with PDR, so I'm...
Supposed to pickup my R1T today in Brooklyn, but I was informed yesterday that there is a tiny dent in the hood, and they're getting a PDR guy there to try to remove it today. Waiting to hear if I can actually pick it up or if I have to reschedule. He sent me a pic of the "dent," but I can't see...
I had confirmed. 2 weeks ago my guide just said she had no timing estimate for me, and it would likely be in the new year. So either she didn't know it was in production already or someone else declined delivery of a similar config.
I'm in the same boat, but I had no idea mine was coming, until I got the 8 steps email, and schedule delivery email within 1 minute of each other last week. So, I had to scramble to figure out wtf I was doing. I had a ton of things going through my head:
My Tesla trade in values are garbage...
Man, lucky you. I'm out in Chester County PA and my guide said there are no more home delivery slots, I have to figure out a way to get to the service center to get it. Its looking like the train and an uber ride will be my easiest route. Originally scheduled pickup for tomorrow morning, but I...
That would be as good a placement as I could ask for, if they can't be in PA. I hope that's the general area, I drive through there once a week for work.
Driving down the 30 Bypass in Chester County PA today, saw Limestone R1T in the lane ahead of me, really wanted to get up to it but he exited. Same exact moment saw an El Cap driving down the other side of the highway. Those were the 2 colors I was torn between, so I'm taking that as a sign and...
So I know it's not "right", but I just never got my Tesla inspected because I asked a few places and they turned me down, so I just left it un-inspected. Never had an issue. Cops seem to notice expired registration quickly, but never notice a PA car without any stickers...
