As others have said, you'll figure it out in minutes and with a bit of practice you'll soon be testing yourself to go round town and see if you can never touch the brake pedal. The 'speed/stopping distance' thing will become second nature to the point where you drive a gas car and it feels like...

Buy it with cash then you can sell it whenever you want. That way you are not paying interest to anyone (admittedly you forgo interest, less tax, on $60k) and you have the car you want.

It's in the ball park. Efficiency is pretty good. That's all that matters to me. Don't stress about every single mile/kw because a headwind, extra weight, slightly heavy right foot and it all changes anyway.
