This is 100% us as well, new Tesla service center just down the road from us as well, but my neighbor has nothing but problems with his Y. Pretty happy so far with the Polestar we got to tide us over, but they have a whole slew of potential issues as well as they're going through teething pains.

I look at that review as either an outright lie or at best half accurate. I remember that user wrote up a review a month or two ago on the subreddit but then deleted it a day or two later as well. Not to say that there could be some truth in there, but I’m much more interested in the reviews...
