I called Rivian support and stayed on hold for 50 minutes before I got a live person. I let them know the issue and all the troubleshooting I did. I let them know that others are confirming the same issue and they took notes of everything. Hopefully this will be patched in December's update.

The vendor and manufacturer were no help with templates even when I showed them competitor’s templates. They sent me a screenshot of some templates but never a PDF file of templates. I measured and remeasured before I made my cuts with a table saw.

I removed the panels before installation and kept them off for a few months while I went back and forth on WhatsApp with Hannshow. I ultimately got under the truck and measured several times and drew in pencil on the panels. Used my table saw to make the cuts and then reinstalled the panels.
