Are there any R1T specific full coverage aftermarket options available for R1T? Forget about rock crawling, if you are going off-road on rocky or deeply rutted terrain, (I wince everytime a rock flips up into the undercarriage.), the RUS is an important insurance policy.
However, unlike...
When they delivered my R1T in early April, the delivery guy (based in Atl) said that the Asheville area had by far the highest concentration of R1's of anywhere in the Carolinas. I've seen two and my wife saw an R1S today....I've never seen one of those.
You should see what I have used my shop vac for! I mean, it's pretty much limited to liquids and soaking wet crap since I have other vacuums/dust collectors to handle dry stuff. At least for me, the wet stuff that you don't want to use a mop or sponge to get up tends to be pretty foul.
But...
Boy the rhetoric is sure heating up...starting to get out of hand. Think I'll wander over to the motorcycle forum and post on the 'what oil should I use' :) Who's with me on the Synthetic vs Dino issue?
Seems like a company that was able to identify and resolve all of the issues associated with design and production of the worlds best selling EV, together with the infrastructure to support it can probably to figure out how to solve the 'the cord needs to be longer' problem. :D
Well it appears to be a two horse race. For many, the choice seems to come down to the path of least resistance, i.e., 'I was already using X, so I'll stick with X, shortcomings be damned', as opposed to some compelling argument of X versus Y. I'm hoping Rivian integration down the road will...
Alas, this is the future. I remember all of the screaming, yelling and gnashing of teeth when electronic ignition, fuel injection, etc. did away with things like carburetors and distribution caps so that all that stuff we kids (and shade tree mechanics) did to either fix or enhance the...
So, I'm nearing the end of my 2 month trial for Tidal. I haven't tried Spotify yet because I'm happy with the sound quality and library on Tidal (albeit integration and buffering issues do drive me crazy). Seems like integration is an issue with other services but I haven't seen muich related...
So watching the video, I'm a bit confused. The guy who runs into you is stopped at the crossstreet with the Jeep/trailer on his left...meaning he/she is in the right hand lane. Yet it looks, based on the travel of the vehicle that hit you like he/she was trying to make a left turn...
Shout out to @Gabe1aron. Wheel sent without any issues. Excellent communications and really a great experience.
That having been said, I would advise others to be careful as I received a couple of other outreaches, including with pictures. (Yes I did a photo search but no hits). When we...
Yeah, it is very annoying to say the least to lose it for such extended periods of time. Heck, even Sirius/XM will drop out in the mountains; however, it's usually just a few seconds. I really don't understand the thinking behind not having satellite. I carry a Garmin in-reach when I hike...
Thanks...I must admit that having worked with Info Security for a long time, it was with not a bit of fear and trepidation that I even said yes to ALexa integration. So, I am, no doubt, overly cautious about allowing anything to listen to my conversations but figured limiting it to my truck...
So, I need to have the Tidal app on my phone in order for Alexa in Rivian to access it? Seems odd to me that I would need to use the phone as an intemediary?
Wish they had Sirius/XM support; however, absent that option, I signed up for Tidal. Except for the inherent issues of cell vs satellite (we hit 10 minute+ long dead spots in the mountains), I find the quality and selection to be perfectly fine for our needs. I would, however, like to be able...
