Rivian just tweeted this reassurance that the longest range model with the largest battery pack can go over 400 miles, meaning the auxiliary battery isn't required to reach over 400 miles.

Great idea to utilize the R1T's truck bed space when it's not being used! Has Rivian indicated before if the R1S will get anything like this? If not, that's going to be a significant advantage to getting an R1T over the R1S.
