Most of the updates?! Having had Teslas for years - Rivian is way behind. Not even close. The UI needs a complete overhaul. Just look at the R2 - you can see how much they're holding back.

I have 3 kids. We have 2 Rivians and the backseat is still empty for approx 99% of the time.
There is a laundry list of software update needs and yet after 2 years or so that many have have their truck - most of them have not been pushed out.
Cool - an update for a part of the car where no one is 99% of the time.
And we're still horizontally scrolling through Spotify artists so our eyes are off road for the max amount of time.
FWIW I don't see how they can fix this with an OTA - there is no connectivity to roll this back or further update. Will require mobile or full SC visit.
Wow - first software glitch I can recall (I've had the truck since Aug '22) and the hyperbole on here is pretty crazy. People are 'livid'?? The car is a 'burden' and 'inconvenience'? About a glitch that in no way affects the truck's ability to drive, or indicate or show you speed and battery...
I drove it to work this morning and find it is safe. Indicators and other exterior lights work. You can see your speed, battery charge etc. it is just the infotainment portion of the vehicle that is stuck in a slow 'reboot' cycle. The logo appears in the center screen every 2 minutes or so and...
Just got the 8 and there is a noticeable improvement for sure. Sometimes too much so in that I've had the car unlock from considerable distance when I'm not going near it.
