I paid the $9 to sign up for changedetection.io, which can automatically check and alert you to changes in a website. It’s not very user-friendly so it took some trial and error to configure it correctly with the appropriately filtered R1 shop search page but I did that on Monday and by Tuesday...

Thanks for this suggestion! It took a little fiddling to get it to work with Rivian's website but it alerted me to the exact config I was looking for (dynamic sunroof + premium audio) this morning and I was able to grab it before it disappeared.
